Privacy

Privacy notice.

How information you send through this website is handled. Effective 14 September 2026.

In short

The forms on this site are ordinary web forms. What you type is protected by HTTPS while it travels to us, then emailed to our inquiries mailbox and stored in the site's content system so our team can respond. They are not an encrypted, accredited or classified channel. Please do not submit classified, export-controlled or otherwise restricted information through this website.

Who we are

Sysverve Aerospace Private Limited ("we"), Khudadad Plaza, UC Kalyal, Main Adyala Road, Rawalpindi 46000, Pakistan. Questions about this notice or your information: info@sysverve.com.

Information you send us

Contact form. The inquiry type you choose, your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the systems you are interested in, any role you are applying for, and your message.

Datasheet requests. Your name, organisation, email address, phone number and the product whose datasheet you requested. To save re-typing, your browser keeps these details in its own local storage on your device; clearing your browser data removes them. They are never read by us from your device.

What happens to it. Each submission is delivered by email to our inquiries mailbox through our email provider, and a copy is stored in the website's content database so that authorised staff can review, respond to and manage requests from the site's administration area. We use the information only to answer your request, to follow up on it, and to keep a record of business inquiries. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Retention. Inquiries stay in the content database until a member of staff deletes them, and the database keeps at most the 2,000 most recent entries. Emails follow our normal mailbox retention.

Spam protection

Submissions are checked with a hidden field that only automated tools fill in and a minimum time between opening and sending the form. When enabled, the form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates connection and browser signals to tell people from bots; Cloudflare processes those signals under its own privacy policy. Submissions that fail these checks are discarded.

Analytics

First-party measurement. Each page view sends the page path, the referring site's host name, the type of device (desktop, tablet or mobile, derived from the browser's user-agent string) and the country reported by our hosting provider, plus page-speed measurements (Core Web Vitals). To count visitors without a cookie, we store a one-way hash of your IP address, browser string and the current date, which rotates daily and cannot be turned back into your IP address. The raw IP address is not stored.

Google Analytics. We also use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. Google sets its own cookies (for example _ga) and processes usage data under Google's privacy policy. You can block it with a browser extension or by disabling cookies for this site.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies for visitors. Google Analytics sets the cookies described above. A session cookie is set only for staff who sign in to the administration area.
